Sharing Debuts with New Look, Expanded Content

Oct. 5, 2009 - It seems everywhere you look these days, someone or something is going through an “extreme makeover” and such was the case for HealthSHARE’s Sharing newsletter this fall. In September, a new and vastly different Sharing was unveiled to Texas hospitals. The newsletter transformed from a monthly, single-color brochure format to a full-color 16-page quarterly magazine format.

Sharing was long overdue for a refresh, and we wanted to create something that featured relevant, valuable, timely information to help hospitals as they make purchasing decisions,” said Jim Dixon, HealthSHARE president and chief executive officer. The new Sharing features six best practices case studies showing how individual hospitals have impacted their bottom line by partnering with a Texas Hospital Association-endorsed company. The next issue is due out in late December.
