Patient Lift Device (PaL)

A unique, innovative product, the Patient Lift (SafTPaL) addresses the problem of physically moving patients. By using a conveyor belt process, SafTPaL gently moves the patient from the bed onto the PaL, transports the patient to the desired location and returns the patient back to the bed via a reverse conveyor movement. The SafTPaL requires only one person with minimum effort and no risk to the patient or employee. The unit accommodates patients weighing up to 400 pounds.
Because SafTPaL requires no physical lifting and no pre-positioning, a major factor in risk management, the risk for sustaining musculoskeletal disorders is greatly reduced.
