When a job is posted to the site, it is distributed to over 100 partner websites like Med411, ResourceNurse, Biovista, TheLabRat, AnswerPage, PAHCOM, NJHA, INA, DCHA, MCHC, and dozens of health and science targets. Additionally, the position gets general exposure when JobScience uploads it to FlipDog, JobsOnline, Citysearch, Diversity Job Network, Employon, America's Job Bank, Direct Employer, and other general sites. Within minutes of posting the job, an e-mail campaign matches hundreds of targeted jobseekers to the opening and alerts them regarding the available position. Every candidate that visits the site, or any of the 350+ JobScience Network sites, is tracked in a Power Solution Candidate Tracking Control Panel. Likewise, each time a recruiter responds to a candidate, the system automatically tracks the process. All information received is in a standardized format that's easy to manage and designed to save time and money. Completed applications go directly into a hospital's personal database and can be accessed at any time by authorized personnel, who receive an e mail notification once an application is completed, and can respond with the click of a red, green, or yellow button in the e-mail application.
