PROFILES

IT Consulting   NEW!

The CynergisTek team brings decades of private and public sector experience, including many years in the health care industry. Email Tracker

Keeping track of applicants and job application status is an important part of the hiring process. So much information now travels by email that recruiters need new tools to track contacts with each applicant and the status of applications. Jobscience offers Pass It On Tracker, which allows you to send applications on to hiring managers, to track whether and how many times emails are opened by hiring mangagers and recruiters, and to keep detailed track of applicant status. Hospitals face fierce competition for talent in health care, and need to take advantage of every available resource! For more details on this one, visit jobscience.net or call us at 800/252-9404 or Terry Elliott at 866/284-1892.

Market Planning Tool

As the outpatient market continues to grow, Solucient's Outpatient Profiles database, part of its Market Planner Plus, can help hospitals develop informed service-line plans for additional and expanded services. Hospitals can gain a better understanding of the real competition through hospital and non-hospital volume and market-share data, analyze comparative market shares, identify

service lines most likely to be used, and highlight physician specialty by procedure for recruiting and preparing strategies with physician partners. Find out how this important tool can help guide your hospital by calling us at 800/252-9404 or Alex Lederman at 713/409-0926, or go to www.solucient.com/solutions/outpatient_profiles.shtml.

Workforce Supply

AMN Healthcare, a healthcare staffing organization that merged with The MHA Group, is funding the Council on Physician and Nurse Supply, a new, nationwide effort to study supply and shape public policy affecting it. The council has begun meeting to examine a range of domestic and international issues to be addressed as the nation works to better align its health care workforce with future needs.
